Every year around my mid-December birthday, we go to a Columbus Blue Jackets game. This photo is from the first game we went to, which was three years ago. They played the Detroit Red Wings and won!

The next year, we watched them play the Anaheim Ducks, and they lost. Then, this time we watched them play the New York Islanders and won! Hooray!

We generally get the same seating area each time, which gives a great view of the ice.

We got a couch from Ikea, and it is awesome. The sock monkey didn't come with the couch. Nor did the pillow or iPhone.

This marks Piece of Ikea Furniture In Our Home Number 2. We have a sweet coffee table also. It has a glass top and drawers. Niiiiiiiice.

Here's what I do when I am bored at work!

1. Take funny looking pictures of myself.

2. Make themed bulletin boards.

3. Wash, dry, and fold 15 industrial-sized loads of towels and sheets just for the heck of it!

I guess I can have a first entry, as well! This photo is from my 25th b-day which was in November. Matt and I stayed at a pretty sweet hotel in Indiana. It's sort of becoming our tradition to go to Indiana for my birthday, and we finally stayed the night this year. I highly suggest staying at any Hotel Indigo if you get a chance! This particular hotel had a "lobby dog" named Miles:

Yeah, he's the little white fluffy fellow. Enough about that, I suppose.
